 Pillai College of Engineering (PCE), established in 1999, is a premier engineering institution located in New Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.   • Urban Expansion Observatory (UXO): In collaboration with New York University's Marron Institute of Urban Management, PCE has developed the UXO. This center studies urban growth using Geographic Information System (GIS) and remote sensing techniques, contributing to projects like the Atlas of Urban Expansion 2016 and the Economic Survey of India 2016.

  • Avishkar Research Convention: PCE faculty and students have demonstrated excellence in research by winning the Gold Medal and Overall Championship in Avishkar 2021, the inter-university research competition.

  • Alegria – The Festival of Joy: This annual cultural festival, held in the first week of February, is one of the largest college festivals in Navi Mumbai.
